LEGALIZATION PROCESS

Before legalization the documents should be attested from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and then verified from Austrian embassy.

  • Take appointment from the Austrian embassy for verification of documents
  • Submit the attested documents (from MOFA)
  • Pay the verification fee-28.600,00 PKR to the embassy
  • Wait for the verification results (2-3 months)
  • Verification Results might be positive or Negative (in case of any illegal doc)

*  Positive:  The embassy will inform you by e-mail about the positive result, as well as give you an appointment for the legalization of the verified documents and certificates.

*  Negative:  It is possible to initiate another verification process for a fee of PKR 14.300,00, which requires a new appointment.
